At DreamEase Mobility our aim is to provide you as our customer with the most luxurious and amazing chair that you have ever owned, whether you have a disability with special requirements, or you are simply spending more time in a chair in your twilight years, lets talk you through the process of building you The Perfect Chair… We at DreamEase Mobility offer a Free Home visit and all you need to do is call our freephone line 01603 483636 to book an appointment for one of our friendly product specialists to come to your home. All of our staff are Occupational Therapist trained and upon arrival will have a brief chat with you to get an understanding of your needs and requirements. Early on we will give you a copy of our price list. The next step is to bring in our specially adapted demo chair and our product specialist will then give you a full demonstration on what the chair can do and how to use the chair correctly and safely. Once we have done that you will then be invited to have a go yourself, and our product specialist will calmly talk you through the process.
You will be given the chance to try out numerous back cushions and seat padding options and you will soon home in on the best combination that makes you feel the most comfortable. You will be able to try out neck cushions and neck rolls, heated cushions and lumbar pads, and of course our luxury 10 point massage system which is great to get the blood flowing.
Your chair operating mechanism is extremely important and our product specialist will explain the benefits of each system, the most common mechanisms are the Unique High leg lift, Dual motor with a fixed seat, or our most popular Dual motor Unique High leg lift which combines the two. In all we offer sixteen different mechanism variations to our customers.
At this point our product specialist we measure you up for your new chair, taking the correct seat height, seat depth, seat width, back height, and arm height. We offer a made to fit or bespoke service to our clients.

Now the fun part where you can prowse through over a cup of tea our comprehensive range of fabrics, fabric combinations, and luxury soft italian leather. You may even decide to choose a matching settee to compliment your new chair. We have now got the specification for your new chair and the price and delivery time will be worked out for you, if you decide to go ahead and place an order we will require a 50% deposit.
The balance will only be due on the day that your new chair arrives, our staff will deliver, set up, and show you how to use it, only when you are satisfied with your purchase will we take the final payment.
